About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Checker to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Bocaue, Bulacan.

This is a full-time position. The role helps keep inventory records accurate and warehouse work efficient.

As a Warehouse Checker, you will:

  • Check stock levels.
  • Inspect goods.
  • Make sure warehouse work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Help keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check warehouse inventory on a regular basis.
  • Compare stock with records and documents.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or differences.

  • Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory audits when required.
  • Record inventory results in the warehouse management system.
  • Find differences between physical stock and system records.
  • Investigate stock differences.
  • Recommend corrective actions.
  • Make sure goods are stored, organised, and easy to access.
  • Maintain clear labels and signs.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of checking activities.
  • Record stock movements and inventory adjustments.
  • Work with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Help solve inventory issues.
  • Help improve warehouse efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
